RESULTS

Sunday, June 20
June 7, 2010
Hello, Exhibitors!
This trial is full to capacity!
We are going to do our best to move the trial along efficiently while
making sure everyone has a safe and successful run and gets their time in
the ring. Walk throughs will be
timed at 7 minutes all weekend long.
We will be counting on our volunteers (thank you so, so much!) to
help make the weekend go smoothly.
Please listen to both the general briefing in the morning and the
judge’s class briefings for ways we can make the trial run more efficiently.
Awards:
Perfect weekend rosettes will be awarded to
teams achieving Q’s in all 8 runs.
Run Throughs Friday Afternoon:
We will have run throughs on a CPE standard course, 2 levels nested, $5 a run; each dog will get 2 minutes in the ring. Toys and treats can be used, but please no crumbly treats (else we'll have to clean up the ring in the dark before the trial the next day!). Dogs should be comfortable on equipment; no other pre-requisites to come and play! No pre-registration required.
Walk throughs will begin at 4pm, first
dog on the line at 4:30. We'll rotate through jump heights and have
subsequent walk throughs.
Check-in, Measuring, and Starting Times:
Friday:
Check in, measuring, and setup on Friday night (6/18) from 6:00-7:30
PM.
Saturday:
Check-in and measuring will be from 7:00 – 7:30
Measuring:
see the website (www.agiledogs.net)
for the list of dogs who will need to get measured at this trial
TENTATIVE CLASS SCHEDULE:
The following class, level, and height order
is tentative, and subject to change if necessary.
Saturday
4” to 24”
Sunday
24” to 4”
There will be NO measuring of dogs AFTER
the Judges Briefing begins each day – ALL DOGS WITHOUT A PERMANENT
HEIGHT CARD MUST BE MEASURED before the Judges’ Briefing in order to
show that day – THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
CATALOGS: Only a few copies of the run catalog will be available at the trial. The catalog will be available for download and printing on Tuesday night at www.agiledogs.net
Volunteers:
The volunteer schedule will be posted on
the AgileDogs website by Wednesday. Thanks to all who volunteered!
Please do not worry about conflicts
between classes you’re working and classes you’re running in. All
workers will be accommodated. You can move your dog within a class
to make sure you have time to concentrate on having a successful run
with your 4-footed partner.
If your job for a given class is timer,
scribe, assistant scribe, or gate steward, please report to the chief
ring steward when the briefing for the class begins, so you can prepare
for your job and so the judge can brief you if needed – thanks!
If your job is anything not already mentioned, you can report any
time before or during the walk through.
PHOTOGRAPHER:
Will be Frank Jansen,

Food:
We are pleased to have a food vendor at
our trial! It will be Pork
n Jojo’s, Eric and Joanne Lapine, and they will be offering breakfast
and lunch all weekend.
Volunteers will get lunch tickets good at the food vendor.
During the trial,
move-ups will be taken at the show, and must be submitted to the Show
Secretary before the completion of the last class of the day.
Thank you for your cooperation.
